- The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) Picatinny Arsenal, New Jersey 07806-5000, on behalf of The U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command - Armaments Center (DEVCOM-AC) intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a new sole source Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Contract for�the purchase and delivery of Wind River development tools access license to Avnet, d/b/a USI Electronics, 2775 West Cypress Creek Road, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309.� The Justification & Approval (J&A)cites brand name.� Authority for this procurement falls under FAR 13.106-1(b)(1): For purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold (SAT), only one source reasonably available, urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand name, or industrial mobilization.� This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.� Questions may be directed to Mrs. Nicole Estrada, at nicole.a.estrada3.civ@mail.mil.
