Description: The contractor shall provide Firm-Fixed-Priced, non-personal services for snow and ice removal at Kleber Kaserne, Germany. The contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles and other items and services necessary to perform the services required under this contract. The services shall be performed on an on-call, as required, basis when snow accumulates more than 5 cm (2 inches), or the areas to be serviced are icy or may become icy and/or unsafe.
