Description

This is a Request for Quote. The Construction Magnitude is between $25,000 and�$100,000. This is a Small Business Set-Aside. LOCAL CONTRACTORS: In accordance with FAR�26.202-1, the proposed acquisition will be�limited to local contractors. All�required�material, labor, transportation, and facilities�shall be available locally.�This requirement is a local area set-aside for vendors residing in or primarily doing business�within a 250-mile radius from the project site,�Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC),�Brunswick, GA. Offers outside of the 250-mile�radius will not be considered. The contractor's proposal will be evaluated on�its demonstrated ability to satisfy all locality�requirements as set forth in provision FAR�52.226-3 (Local Area Representation). PARAGRAPH�(b) OF FAR 52.226-3 MUST BE COMPLETED AND�SUBMITTED WITH YOUR QUOTE. A responsive proposal�shall contain an affirmative representation and�all supporting documentation that it resides or�primarily does business in the designed set aside�area. The NAICS Code is 238330. Remove and Replace Carpet, BG0378. The Contractor�shall provide all labor, transportation,�materials, equipment, and supervision necessary�to perform the required work at FLETC, Glynco,�GA. (See Statement of Work) Product/Service Code: Z2AA Product/Service Description: REPAIR OR ALTERATION�OF OFFICE BUILDINGS Offerors shall provide a statement of compliance�with FAR 52.222-50, Combating Trafficking in�Persons, requirements and confirm subcontractors�will accomplish a statement of compliance upon�award. This solicitation replaces 70LGLY21QSSB00044.
