Configuration Control and Higher Level Quality Management apply. This is an Enhanced Export Control Item. Instructions for obtaining access to the export-controlled data can be found at: https://www.dla.mil/HQ/LogisticsOperations/EnhancedValidation/.The acquisition is unrestricted other than full & open competition. This is a sole source item coded 3C. This agency does not possess the technical data package for this National Stock Number to evaluate alternate offers. Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, Parker Hannifin, CAGE 82271, interested in submitting a proposal for this item must submit a complete source approval request (SAR), package for evaluation for future procurements. The SAR package will not be considered for the current procurement. Submit SAR packages to: Defense Logistics Agency-Aviation Office of the Competition Advocate ATTN: DSCR-DU 8000 Jefferson Davis Highway Richmond, VA 23297-5100 DELIVERY: 137 days after receipt of order.
