- Naval Information Warfare Center, Pacific (NIWC Pacific) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to Fiber Network Engineering Co Inc. The requirement is for the purchase of one (1) custom EM650 replacement (P/N: FNE-HP-650- DIA-EMC-CHxx-PM_AV_805_1A), which includes the integration of Emcore 1782 laser diodes. This notice of intent is not a request for quote. A determination by the Government not to complete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government. Questions by phone or fax will not be considered. Acquisition of Commercial Items under FAR Part 12 and Simplified Acquisitions Procedures under FAR Part 13 apply. The applicable NAICS Code is 334419 and the size standard is 750 employees.
