Description

This notice is not a request for quotes (RFQ). This presolicitation/synopsis notice is published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.101(a)(1) requiring the dissemination of information regarding proposed contract actions and FAR 5.204 requiring dissemination of information for presolicitation notices. The Department of Veterans Affairs Ann Arbor Healthcare System (VAAAHS), 2215 Fuller Road, Ann Arbor, Michigan, 48105, intends to release a solicitation (RFQ) for a Sonosite PX Ultrasound System for use in the VA Clinic in Toledo, Ohio.�This presolicitation is being issued for informational purposes only. The VAAAHS anticipates entering into a fixed price contract with the contractor providing the lowest price technically acceptable quote. This procurement will be conducted using FAR Part 13.� NAICS Code is 334510, size standard is 1,250 employees.� The anticipated issue date is 4 August 2021; the anticipated closing date is 11 August 2021. This will be a BRAND NAME ONLY, SDVOSB Set-Aside.
