- Description
- The following is a Request for Quote (RFQ). The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), St. Paul, Minnesota District has a requirement a contractor to provide tree planting and chemical control of competing vegetation on newly built islands and within existing forest areas that are part of the Conway Lake Habitat Rehabilitation and Enhancement Project (HREP) located just north of Lansing, Iowa. The Conway Lake HREP is located in Allamakee County, IA, approximately 1 mile north of Lansing, IA and directly adjacent to State Highway 26.� This is a new requirement and there is not an incumbent contractor. The resulting contract shall be a Firm, Fixed-Price contract, and will be awarded as a base period plus two option periods with the base period beginning on or around 10/15/2021 through 09/30/2022 and the following option periods from 10/01 through 09/30. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 561730, Landscaping Services. The SBA size standard for this NAICS is $8.0 Million. This solicitation is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.�� No CD's or hard copies of the solicitation will be available.
