Description

The Department of Defense, United States Air Force intends to execute a direct award to Gaylord National Hotel & Convention Center located in Oxon Hills, MD for the sole purpose of hosting�the FY21 CSAF and Senior Enlisted Combined Conference. The Government requires a single�venue to accommodate the lodging requirement of approximate 650 attendees as well as providing four conference rooms, One Meeting Room at a minimum space of 116'X71', two Breakout rooms to accommodate at the minimum 120 participants, one Executive Room to accommodate at the minimum 12 participants, and audio, visual, and tech support during the�two-day event. Additionally, the Government also requires that the venue be accessible by metro or hotel transportation. The anticipated award date is July 30, 2021.
