Description

FEMA intends to solicit this effort to Mutualink Inc. If you have questions prior to 07/30/2021, please ocntact the CO listed. SATCOM communications is one of the primary resources that support Continuity of Operations (COOP), providing fixed and mobile systems to all 10 FEMA Regions, including Federal Regional Centers and the U.S. Territories. To support COOP, these systems must meet capability requirements, which at a minimum, includes reliable voice, video, data and video teleconference (VTC) communications. The NCP/CCD SATCOM program includes several systems all unified under a single SATCOM umbrella. The systems include Ku and C-band terminals; as well as the Territorial Continuity Network (TCN) and the FEMA COOP SATCOM Network. Adding the additional SATCOM terminals to the FEMA COOP SATCOM network would allow NCP/ CCD to provide additional support to�FEMA�s COOP, COG and Devolution missions. Objectives Obtain 10 Mobile Go Kits to enhance and expand the current IGS network capability in the Regions. the NCP/CCD mission will be able to be executed efficiently and effectively through the following objectives: With Mobile Go Kits, the government can communicate with various agencies and FEMA regions CONUS and OCONUS. Government will have a portable dedicated communications network allowing regions and agencies the ability to communicate and share information privately and securely. Mobile Go Kits will enhance the current IGS network capability completely self-contained and transportable when required.
