- Description
- The Internal Revenue Service intends to award a purchase order to CCH Incorporated, for the renewal of 2021-22 Print Annual Renewal Subscription of Books and Supplements for the IRS Chief Counsel Library and Associate Offices. This requirement will be made on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1 and FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).� A sole source justification � Simplified Acquisitions has been documented in the contract file in writing.� The requirement will be fulfilled by the delivery of the Books and Supplements for a period of performance of One Year after the Date of Award.� The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 511130 with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees.
