Description

In response to the Court of Federal Claims order in the case of Wavelink, Inc. v. the United States, dated June 24, 2021 (sealed) and reissued July 1, 2021 (unsealed), GSA has taken corrective action by performing the following steps:� Amending the Solicitation for One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS) Small Business Pools 1, 3, and 4 (GS00Q-13-DR-0002) to delete the mandatory Solicitation provisions identified by the Court, and to fully comply with FAR 15.206 requiring notice to �all offerors that have not been eliminated from the competition� (see� Amendment 09, dated June 30, 3021). � Initiated review and evaluation of revised proposals and preparation for additional awards in accordance with the conformed version of solicitation as updated via Amendment 09, dated June 30, 2021.� These actions satisfy the terms of the injunction issued by the Court of Federal Claims. Accordingly, the awards made to the original 18 contractors referred to in the Court�s Order will continue and the Government may issue new task orders to the impacted 18 companies. The corrective action process will result in additional awards under the OASIS Small Business Program. The additional awards will be made on a rolling basis in accordance with solicitation� Section M.3.(i)(1.), titled �Screening and Evaluation Process�. Award notifications will be posted on Sam.gov.
