- AMENDMENT 0001 UPDATED JULY 28, 2021:� PLEASE FIND SIGNED AMMENDMENT ATTACHED. AMENDMENT 0001 DATED JULY 26, 2021:� THIS AMENDMENT PROVIDES UPDATES TO THE SOW AND SECTION L OF THE SIR.� VENDOR QUESTIONS AND RESPONSES ARE PROVIDED HEREIN.� THE DUE DATE OF AUGUST 11, 2021, 1400 EST REMAINS UNCHANGED.� SEE THE AMENDMENT ATTACHED, NAMED 693KA9-21-R-00005-0001, ALONG WITH ATTACHMENTS THERETO. AFM-800 is responsible for planning and implementing effective, innovative, and integrated competency-based training for the FAA financial management workforce. Training delivery will be executed through the use of this contract.� The workforce to be trained under this contract includes, but is not limited to, the following professions: Funds Certifiers, Financial Managers, Budget Analysts, Federal Purchase Card Holders, transactional Approving Officials, and persons in other financial and program management related occupations. �The training target audience is diverse and may include management and non-management personnel, and students ranging from entry to senior level. The Contractor is responsible to deliver instructor led (ILT),virtual instructor led (VILT), and blended instructor-led (BILT) training in the subject areas of financial, contract, program management, analytics, leadership, and professional development. �These include, but are not limited to, courses developed by AFM-800 (see Attachment J001) and commercial-off-the-shelf courses in the Contractor�s current curriculum database. The Contractor must apply training industry standards and appropriate automated tools and software to deliver training in the most efficient and effective manner.� �
