** Revised Delinated Area** 8WA2481 General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:�Washington City:�See Delineated Area Delineated Area: See Attached Map North: S 178th St to S 184th PL to Southcenter Pkwy to S 180th St to Oaksdale Ave SW to SW 34th St to E Valley Road. East: East Valley Rd south to SW 41st St to HWY 167 South to Central Avenue North turning into Central Avenue South turning into 83rd Avenue South turning into Auburn Way North, turning into A St. SE to Ellingson Road. South: Ellingson Road west to West Valley Highway South to 58th Place South to 55th Place South to South 364th Street west to Military Road South, north to South 360th Street continuing west to 20th Avenue South to Highway 161 North to South 356th Street to Pacific Highway South (Highway 99). West: Pacific Highway South (Highway 99) north turning into Highway 509; to Highway 516 to Interstate 5 North to South 184th Place to Southcenter Parkway North to South 178th Street. Additional Delineated Area Requirements: Within the delineated area the offered space must be located within one (1) mile of an entrance ramp to the following highways:� Interstate 5 (I-5) Highway 167 Pacific HWY S Highway 509 Highway 181 SR 516 -SR 18 Minimum Sq.
