127EAW21R0044 - Castle Fire Roads Rehab - A00001 The purpose of this amendment is to post the revised schedule, pre-bid tour notes, revised fire plan, and extend the PoP. The awarded contract period of performance is hereby increased from 120 days to 180 days. Offers shall use ""Schedule - Revised 28 July 2021"" when submitting their proposal. All revised items are highlighted in yellow Attached ""Fire Plan - Revised 28 July 2021"" & ""Schedule - Revised 28 July 2021"" hereby incorporated into any contract award //////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// 127EAW21R0044 - Castle Fire Roads Rehab Western Divide & Kern River Ranger Districts Sequoia National Forest FAR 32.204 Disclosure of Magnitude of the Construction Project: Between $1,000,000 and $2,500,000 Set Aside: Total Small Business Set Aside IMPORTANT NOTES: See Section L, Paragraph L.2 for the Documents to Submit with Your Proposal All Requests for Information (RFI's) shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer, Greg Cunningham, on the attached RFI form not later than 1300 hours PST, July 28th, 2021. An organized pre-proposal site visit will be held. See attached Statement of Work for details on time and location. Each offeror is expected to visit the site. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
