AMENDMENT 2 OF SOLICITATION:� INCLUDES Q&As AND UPDATED SOW DUE DATE EXTENDED FROM 22 JULY TO 29 JULY 2021� This is a combined synopsis/solicitation� Offerors shall submit all questions relating to the solicitation to both POCs listed below. The questions shall be received NLT 1 July 2021, 3:00 p.m. EST . The Government may not provide a response to questions received after the above dates. Offerors are not to contact any other Government POC with questions or inquiries about this acquisition. All quotes are due NLT 29�July, 3:00 p.m. EST to the POCs listed below. If the offeror has an active registration in SAM, they are not required to complete FAR Clause 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items and submit with their quote. They must simply provide a statement confirming registration in SAM. Brief Description of Requirement: The KC-46 fleet requires a commercially available off the shelf (COTS) solution for (6) Portable Hydraulic Test Stands. The KC-46 System Program Office requires urgency procurement of Portable Hydraulic Test Stands, Diesel driven satisfy critical requirements at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey. The Test Stand is a piece of required support equipment used to provide hydraulic pressure and flow to the aircraft systems without running engines or auxiliary power unit and to purify hydraulic fluid. Vendor must provide any hardware/software baseline that may be a requirement to properly maintain, sustain, and operate the equipment; identify any software that may be needed to properly operate equipment; and identify any special tooling and/or support equipment needed to properly maintain and operate the equipment.
