- Synopsis: The purpose of this notice is to announce that the Government intends to procure eighteen (18) Medication Labeling Systems under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures for the VA San Francisco Health Care System, 4150 Clement St., San Francisco, CA 94121. The solicitation will be advertised as Full and Open Competition. Contractor shall provide eighteen (18) Medication Labeling Systems for the VA San Francisco Health Care System. The contractor shall also provide monthly maintenance to these systems from the system delivery date for one base year and four one-year options. The applicable NAICS code is 339112, Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing. The size standard is 1,000 employees. The FSC is 6515, Medical and Surgical Instruments, Equipment, and Supplies. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which will be considered by Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21. The solicitation documents will be issued on or about July 28, 2021 and will be posted on beta.SAM.gov. This date is subject to change. Hard copy documents will not be available all documents for quoting purposes will be posted at this website for download. Quotes will be due 14 days after issuance of solicitation unless extended by amendment. This notice is for informational purposes only and is not a request for submission of quotes. The Government is not obligated to issue a solicitation as a result of this announcement.
