ANY PARTY NOT RESPONDING TO THIS NOTICE IS NOT PRECLUDED FROM PARTICIPATION IN ANY FUTURE REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ), INVITATION FOR BID (IFB) OR RFP, IF ISSUED. IF A SOLICITATION IS ISSUED, IT WILL BE SYNOPSIZED ON THE GOVERNMENT-WIDE POINT OF ENTRY (GPE). IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF POTENTIAL OFFERORS TO MONITOR THE GPE FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION PERTAINING TO THIS REQUIREMENT.� PURPOSE: The Virginia Army National Guard (VaARNG) is issuing a sources sought as a means of conducting market research to�determine�the extent of small business and socio-economic availability in the marketplace for providing and customizing marketing items for VaARNG Recruiting and Retention.� The primary type of commodities include t-shirts, hoodies, hats, water bottles, yard signs, notebooks and backpacks.� NAICS/SIZE STANDARD: The small business size standard under North American Inustry Classification System (NAISCS) code 323113�is 500 employees.� PROCUREMENT METHOD AND SET ASIDE: After evaluating information received in response to this notice and/or obtained via alternate means, a determination of procurement method (i.e. open market, use of existing contract vehicles, etc.) and set aside will be made by the Contracting Officer.� The requirement may be set aside or procured through full and open competition. SUBMISSION DETAILS: Interested companies are invited to submit packets for review by the VaARNG.� In order the information submitted provides sufficient data for the government to review, the following is should be submitted. a. Company name, mailing address, email address, web site address, telephone number and point of contact. b. Company Dun and Bradstreet Number (DUNS), Commercial And Government Entity (CAGE) number, Business Size and Socio-Economic Status (as applicable). c.�Tailored capability statement, no more than five pages, addressing the type of marketing items available and customization limitations (if any), if the items are available via open market procurement or an existing contract vehicle such as Federal Supply Schedule (FSS), Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC), Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), if the available items meet Buy American, Free Trade Agreement or Brooks Act requirements as defined in Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Part 25, and if the items are manufactured by your company or another company.� If another company, the manufacturer's name and business size shall be included. RESPONSE TIME AND DATE: The deadline for responses to this request is no later than 1:00 p.m. ET, August 6, 2021.� All interested and capable vendors are to email submissions�to Mr. Wesley Spencer at wesley.spencer4.civ@army.mil and Ms. Jennifer Schwarz at jennifer.schwarz.civ@army.mil.��Information received in response to this sources sought which is marked or designated as corporate or proprietary will be fully protected from any release outside the Government.
