- Project Conditions (see samples below, tailor/add/delete per project - work with PM/PS, note any logistical/cultural/historic considerations here): The project is located at Virgin Island National Park, St. Johns. The construction magnitude is $1M-$5M - mandatory. The surrounding area is rural with limited staging. The Park will remain open during construction, thus contract activities and logistics must be structured and scheduled to minimize visitor impact. The site requires protective measures to ensure the surrounding area remains undisturbed. The structure is a historic resource. The anticipated period of performance of 365 calendar days including any potential weather shutdown.
