Description

Synopsis: INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE-HEWLETT PACKARD,INC., MICC-West Point intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source�under the authority of FAR 13-106-1(b)(1) (i), ""Only one responsible source""�based on the company being the sole developer and provider of the�products and is therefore the only source capable of satisfying the�Government requirements. The Governmen intends to solicit and negotiate with Hewlett Packard Inc.n5555 Windward Parkway, Alpharetta, GA 30004, FOR:�Service Coverage and Repair�Support on the HP Scitex FB 550 Printer.��This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However,�any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the�requirement may submit�a�capability�statement, proposal, or quotation,�which shall be considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of this notice. A determination not to compete the proposed�requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the�discretion of the Government. Responses to this notice are due on or�before 07/31/2021 by 3:00 pm�Eastern Standard Time (EST) by email to�Patricialee.a.pomarico.civ@mail.mil
