Description

The nature of this action is to procure specialized technical and professional services, project management, and subject matter expert support services for the DISA IE15. This requirement will support the operations and sustainment of the GTMO SFOC Systems, and provide specialized expertise and support services for planning, study, design, and development of DISA proposed SFOC and DODIN terrestrial infrastructure systems. This work shall include complex special studies, surveys, cost estimation, acquisition planning, implementation, and membership in the Atlantic Cable Maintenance and Repair Agreement (ACMA) in support of Agency mission requirements. This procurement will be awarded as a HUBZone sole source, firm-fixed-price contract to Global Broadband Solutions, Inc. (GBS).
