Description

Notice of Intent to Increase Contract Ceiling Multiple Award Contract for Small Purchase Orders, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contracts for minor construction projects on real property at the following locations: Hanscom Air Force Base (HAFB), MA; Sagamore Hill Electronics Research Annex - Hamilton, MA; Fourth Cliff Recreation Annex - Humarock, MA; and Cape Cod Air Force Station - Sagamore, MA. Operational Small Construction Contracting, Hanscom AFB, MA, intends to increase the ceiling for Contracts; FA2835-19-D-0001, FA2835-19-D-0002, FA2835-19-D-0003, FA2835-19-D-0004, FA2835-19-D-0005, FA2835-19-D-0006, FA2835-19-D-0010, FA2835-19-D-0011, FA2835-19-D-0012 with Department of the Air Force, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center - Operating Location Hanscom Air Force Base, Operational Contracting Division, 16 Eglin Street,� Hanscom Air Force Base (HAFB), MA 01731. This increase is necessary�to maintain continuity of services until the follow-on effort is awarded.��The anticipated value of the ceiling increase is $3,000,000.00. This Notice of Intent to increase the contract ceiling is not a request for competitive proposals. Any responses to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of the work would be advantageous to the government. THERE WILL BE NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS UNDER THIS NOTICE OF INTENT. PHONE CALLS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. A determination not to compete this contract ceiling increase based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
