Description

The Fort Gordon Contracting Branch intends to award a sole source firm fixed price contract to ALCON Vision, LLC, 6201 South Fwy, Fort Worth, Texas 76134-2001. The NAICS code is 339113-Surgical Appliances and Supplies Manufacturing. This requirement is for ALCON Centurion Vision System-Fluidics Management System (FMS) Packs and Supplies. These packs and supplies are required for cataract surgeries which are specific to the Government Owned Equipment. The proposed contract for which the Government intends to solicit with only one source is under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals. However, all proposals received after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government for future opportunities. A J&A for this award will be posted14 days after award.
