- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 36C24421Q1008 and is issued as an invitation for bids (IFB), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-60. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238210 with a small business size standard of 16.5 million. This requirement is a [ Small Business ] set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The solicitation pricing on Contract Opportunities will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on Tuesday, August 3rd 2021 10:00:00.0 Eastern Time. Successful offer will be the one that provides the Lowest Price that is Technically Acceptable. Please read the entire solicitation. Offerors are responsible for all terms, clauses, and conditions contained therein. The VHA NCO 04 - 642 - VA Philadelphia requires the following: The Corporal Michael J. Crescenz Veterans Affairs Medical Center (CMC VAMC), located at 3900 Woodland Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19104 has an urgent need to procure an updated voice recording system to monitor all calls coming into the medical center for the facility operators, Police service emergency phones and radio transmissions. a. Upgrade from NICE Inform Essential R7 to R10.0 on a new service. Provide 6 recording channels, analog and Cisco Active VoIP recording. Include migration of existing data to the new system. b. Provide warranty on the entire system installation for a minimum of one year from the date of system acceptance by the CMC VAMC. Component warranties shall be honored for the term established by the manufacturer, if greater than one year. c. Provide a designated supervisor that is responsible and in charge of the project site during all phases of the installation and testing of the project. d. Provide a project maintenance binder with all manufacturer specific operating and maintenance instructions manuals for each piece of equipment installed. e. Provide two operator and maintenance training sessions on the completed systems at a reasonable convenience of the CMC VAMC during normal business hours. f. Provide the source code for the control system to the CMC VAMC upon completion of project installation.
