Provide Answers to the Questions submitted by Contractors. 3. Provide Contractors with the Site Visit Sign-In sheet. 4. Add DFARS Clause 252.204-7019 to the Solicitation. 5. Extend the bid opening date to 5 August 2021 @ 12:00PM EST. * All other Solicitation details remain unchanged.* ************************************************************************************************************************************************** AMENDMENT 02�IS TO INCORPORATE THE FOLLOWING:� 1. Notify vendors that there will be a Second (2nd) Site Visit held on 22 July 2021 @ 10:00AM. (Meet at the Pass & ID Center) 2. Update Attachment 7 - Security Badge Form. 3. Extend the date for Questions to be received to COB 26 July 2021. 4. Extend the due date for proposals to 04 August 2021 @12:00PM EST. ***New Badge Requests must be sent for the 2nd Site Visit. To include those who were in attendance for the initial site visit.*** ***All Badge Requests MUST be received by COB 15 July 21 in order to allow adequate time for processing.*** ***ALL participants (including retired military members) need to submit the required information for a pass to gain access to CCSFS for the site visit. FL20210001 dated 18 Jun 2021 replaces FL20210001 dated 07 May 2021 * All other Solicitation details remain unchanged.* ************************************************************************************************************************************************** Project Title: Construct Utilities Flight Control Road This project is to provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary to construct new sanitary sewer, underground water, communication utilities and infrastructure amenities on Flight Control Road, CCSFS, FL. To include excavation work for the preparation of the utilities installation as well as the water mains associated at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station (CCSFS). Period of Performance: NTE 180 days from NTP issuance. The North American Industry Classification Systems Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 236220 with a size standard of $39.5M. This is a solicitation for a firm-fixed-Price construction contract. The Magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 (In accordance with FAR 36.204(f). THIS ACQUISITION IS BEING ISSUED AS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. OFFERORS NOT MEETING THIS CRITERIA WILL BE DEEMED NON-RESPONSIVE AND INELIGIBLE FOR AWARD. ***All proposed cost/prices shall be valid until January 15 2022***
