Description

Correct MILCON Deficiencies Fuel Cell B305 This project is being solicited as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside in accordance w ith FAR 19.1405. Project NAICS: 236220 with a corresponding size standard of $39.5M. Disclosure of magnitude: IAW FAR 36.204(f), this project is expected to be between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Davis Bacon Wage Rates are applicable to this project. Funds are not presently available for this contract. Currently, the Government anticipates funds will become available prior to but no later than midnight 30 Sep 2021. This action has been identified on the National Guard priority list for award if funds become available and the prices received are within an awardable range. Award will be made to the offeror who represents the best value to the Government as outlined in accordance with the criteria set forth within the solicitation. 7/13/2021: Edited to include Pre-Construction Conference Attendance Sheet and PowerPoint.� 7/15/2021: Edited to include Q&A document that answers all questions received during the RFI period.� 7/17/2021: Edited to extend the proposal due date from 22 July 2021 to 29 July 2021. Solicitation amendment has been included as an attachment. Contractors submitting a proposal to this solicitation must acknowledge the amendment on their proposal. 7/28/2021:�Edited to extend the proposal due date from 29�July 2021 to 3 August�2021. Solicitation amendment has been included as an attachment. Contractors submitting a proposal to this solicitation must acknowledge the amendment on their proposal. 7/29/2021: The purpose of this update is to clarify that NO e-mail proposals will be accepted. All proposals must strictly conform to the proposal preparation instructions outlined in Section 00110 of the solicitation.�
