- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers � New England District is issuing a Solicitation Notice for Chemical Vegetation Control Services, Hopkinton Everett Lakes Projects, Hopkinton, Weare and Dunbarton, NH.�� � THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnishing all equipment, materials, labor and transportation necessary to perform Chemical Vegetation Control Services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561730 with a Small Business Size Standard of $8 Million. ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY OFFEROR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON-RESPONSIVE.
