- July 30, 2021 Dear Prospective Offeror: Subject:�� Request for Quotation Number 19AS2021Q0006 The U.S. Embassy Canberra invites you to submit a proposal for the U.S. Embassy Chancery & Residential Properties Gardening Maintenance Services. A site visit will be held on Thursday, August 12, 2021, l0:00 A.M AEST at the U.S. Embassy located at 21 Moonah Place, Yarralumla. ACT. All prospective offerors will be invited to attend. For additional information or to arrange for access to the building and residence, please contact Stephen Kund at 02-6214-5779 on or before close of business (COB) Tuesday August 10, 2021 and provide the names of all individuals planning to attend the site visit. If you would like to submit a proposal, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation and complete the required portions of the attached document as follows: 1)�� ����� Standard Form (SF) 1449, Cover Sheet, page 1 2)�������� Section 1, Pricing, pages 5-9 3)�������� Section 3, Technical Proposal Criteria 4)�������� Section 5, Offeror Representation s and Certifications, pages 58-86 5)�������� IRS Form W-14 found at www.irs.gov/w14 to ensure compliance with FAR 52.229-11. Written proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked ""Proposal Enclosed - 19AS2021Q0006"" on or before 4:00 P.M. AEST on August 30, 2021.� No written proposals will be accepted after this time. Written proposals can be submitted at the following address: U.S. Embassy Canberra 21 Moonah Place, Yarralumla ACT, 2611 to the attention of Ryan Ruta, Contracting Officer Electronic offers may be submitted with ""Proposal 19AS2021Q0006 Attached"" listed in the subject line to the following email address CanberraGSOQuotations@state.gov on or before 4:00 P.M. AEST on August 29, 2021 which is one day prior to the written proposal due date. No electronic proposals will be accepted after this time. All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 5.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.� The guidelines for registration in SAM are also available at the above web address. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract based on initial proposals�without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
