Description

Please review the attached solicitation.� Project: AP Hill Interior design build project Renovations/OMS Roof/HVAC in accordance w ith the scope of work Solicitation Date 30 July 2021; proposals are due 30 August 2021 at the end of the solicitation period. This procurement is restricted�8(a) competitive (only 8(a) firms with NAICS 236220 may compete)�with selection determination by Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. NAICS 236220; Technically acceptable proposals include: 1)Three past successful similar jobs (successful being defined as a successful rating or better in CPARS) (Similar being defined as renovation of office facilities of similar size (+/-25%) for DOD) 2)Technical and Design capability identified by three past similar design build jobs. 3)Minimum $3 million bonding capability. Technically unacceptable proposals may be rejected. ***PLEASE READ INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS** Site visits encouraged prior to submitting a proposal.
