Description

This Special Notice constitutes a Notice of Proposed Contract Action IAW FAR 5.203(a) to include the latest status of subject acquisition for Integrated Base Defense Security Systems (IBDSS) for USAFE in the USEUCOM AOR. The Government intends to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) in accordance with FAR 15.3 as supplemented. The solicitation number is FA564121R0006. The notional schedule to release the final solicitation is 05 August 2021. Current Acquisition Strategy: - The ceiling value is $91M. - At least 30 days will be permitted for proposal submission. Please refer to the Responses to Industry Questions attached to this notice and to the Draft RFP for further guidance.
