This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as applicable, and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 73351021R0008 is being issued as a request for proposal (RFP). The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06, effective 12 July 2021. This is a total small business set aside.
