Description

The F-35 Joint Program Office (JPO) intends to issue a solicitation within 30 days for F-35 Joint Program Office (JPO) Program Management (PM) Knowledge Based Services (KBS) Contractor Support Services (CSS).�The�requirement is to provide program management support for the Directorates, Functional, and Integrated Product Teams, which reside within the F-35 JPO. A presolicitation notice was issued on the Beta.SAM website on 4 Nov 2019 under NAICS Code 541611 � Administrative management and General Management Consulting Services titled: �Program Management Knowledge Based Services� N68335-19-R-9999, and presolicitation notice N68335-20-R-0998 published on 4 June 2020. This pre-solicitation synopsis is for information only, and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to solicit contractual offers or award contracts. The Government is not soliciting, nor will it accept, proposals as a result of this synopsis. This is not a request for proposals, a promise to issue a request for proposals, or a promise by the Government to pay for information received in response to this synopsis or any subsequent synopsis. The information contained herein is subject to modification and in no way binds the Government to award a contract. If a solicitation is issued in the future, it will be announced via SAM at https://sam.gov, and interested parties must comply with that announcement and are advised to continue to monitor this website. UPDATE 30 July 2021: The purpose of this update is to provide DRAFT Solicitation N00019-21-R-0027 and DRAFT attachments for the F-35 Joint JPO PM KBS. The government will accept questions on this DRAFT solicitation submitted in the format specified in DRAFT Section L. Cut-off date for submitting questions is 9 August 2021, 10:00 AM, local time. Any questions or comments that are submitted may be publically released.
