U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Wyoming City: Cheyenne Delineated Area: North � 4 Mile Rd / WY 212 East � North College Drive / WY 212 South � Lincoln Way / I-80 Business Loop West � I-25 / Route 85/87 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,850 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,993 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 2 Parking Spaces (Surface): 2 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 2 Full Term: 15 Firm Term: 13 Option Term: NA Additional Requirements: Space must be contiguous 1st floor or above required Building must be able to provide fiber connectivity Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.
