PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Nashville U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is issuing an Invitation for Bid (IFB), W912P521B0003, for one (1) firm-fixed price construction contract for the production of a multi-use paved trail along an existing equestrian trail at Central Valley Trailhead, in Murfreesboro, TN. The project should be completed in accordance with the final technical plans and specifications. The anticipated contract will have a Base plus three (3) Options with a period of performance of 240 days after issuance of Notice to Proceed.
