- THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all equipment, materials, labor, and transportation needed to waterproof the brick masonry and concrete base of four exterior gatehouse walls at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Tully Lake gatehouse. Access to the north, east, and south sides of the gatehouse is difficult, a site visit is highly recommended. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 238140 with a Small Business Size Standard of $16.5 Million. ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY OFFEROR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
