Description

THIS�DESIGN BUILD PROJECT IS�POSTED EXCLUSIVELY FOR THOSE CONTRACTORS ON THE CURRENT�DHS/USCG NATIONAL MULTIPLE AWARD CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT II (NMACC II).� Description of the work:� The rebuild and consolidation of the facilities at Station Fort Macon, Atlantic Beach, NC.� The scope of work includes construction of a 29,145 Gross Square Feet (GSF) multi-mission building (MMB), demolition and disposal of existing facilities, site work and utilities. Base Item:� Design-Build a Multi-Mission Station Facility at Atlantic Beach, North Carolina.� The base bid includes design and construction of a 29,145 Gross Square Feet (GSF) multi-mission building (MMB), demolition and disposal of existing facilities, site work and utilities.� Work shall be in accordance with the specifications, as shown on the government-accepted drawings, and as shown on the contractor-originated drawings. Work consists of, but is not limited to: � � � � � � 1. Construction of a new Multi-Mission Building � � � � � � 2.
