- All Specifications and Drawings have an Export Determination of EAR 99 and are considered controlled documents.��The drawings and specifications will be limited to vendors certified by Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Joint Certification Program (JCP).� Requests for the controlled documents must include the vendors CAGE and/or JCP Certification Number.� The POCs will verify the vendor has an approved JCP�by utilizing the DLA JCP Search�at: https://public.logisticsinformationservice.dla.mil/jcp/search.aspx.� After verifying the vendor has an approved JCP certification,�they will�approve access to the controlled documents. The Virtual Site Visit materials are also available and are EAR 99.� Offerors must�separatly request access to the Virtual Site Visit materials by�submitting an email to the listed POCs, C. M. Julius Williams and�and Derrick Wade�at the following addresses: christopher.m.williams@nasa.gov and Derrick.A.Wade@nasa.gov.��The email request must include the vendors CAGE and/or JCP Certification Number.� The POCs will verify the vendor has an approved JCP.��After verifying the vendor has an approved JCP certification, they will send the documents via an approved large file transfer service (NOMAD, Box, etc.). The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, and related activities necessary to the Emergency Egress System (EES) Conveyance Installation at Kennedy Space Center, Florida. The task associated with the proposed work includes, but is not limited to, the following:� Structural modifications and addition of the new conveyance system (i.e. basket assemblies, wire rope, braking system) for the EES.� Implementation of all tasks for this conveyance project shall require all the necessary procurement, fabrication, and installations of aerial hardware and equipment, fabrication and installation of platforms, modifications to existing ML-1 structures and tower platforms, basket assemblies, PLC based safety control systems, braking system, wire ropes with hoisting and control systems, and perform all testing, verification, and validation of the new and modified installations.� The scope also includes all other incidental related work. Amendment 0001 provides the following: 1. The EES Virtual Site Visit Roster. 2. Updates Section J Table and adds the updated Wage Determination�Mod 07, dated July 09, 2021. Amendment 0002 provides the following: 1. Update�the proposal due date to August 6, 2021 by 11:00AM. 2. Update�Section C.2 paragraph (b). 3. Update Section J Table, adding Attachment J-I Pad 39B Outrigger Guidlines. 4. Provide answers to submitted questions. Amendment 0003 provides the following: 1. Provide answer to submitted questions. 2. Update Section C.2 paragraph (b).
