Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The following action is to be competed by U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) on behalf of the U.S. Army Telemedicine & Advanced Technology Research Center (TATRC), Fort Detrick, MD� 21702, for the procurement of Brand name Abbott i-STAT Wireless 1 Point of Care System. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-05; effective 10 March 2021. DESCRIPTION:� Brand name Abbott i-STAT Wireless 1 Point of Care System. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334516 Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing with a Small Business Size Standard of 1,000. Reference attached RFQ W81XWH-21-Q-0122 for detailed information on the requirement, how to respond, and evaluation criteria. Questions: Questions shall be submitted via e-mail to Ms. Maribel C. Fratina, Contract Specialist, maribel.c.fratina.civ@mail.mil, no later than (NLT) 16 July 2021 at 1000 AM EST. Questions received after this date will not be accepted.
