- 1. This announcement is a Sources Sought and is NOT a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This announcement does not commit the Government to award a contract now or in the future. There is no solicitation or funding currently available. Additionally, The Government is not obligated to and will not pay for any information received from potential sources because of this sources sought announcement.� The results of this Sources Sought will be utilized to determine if any Small Business Set-aside opportunities exist. All Small Business Set-aside categories will be considered. In addition, this market research tool is being used to identify potential and eligible firms, of all sizes, prior to determining the method of acquisition and issuance of a solicitation. �������� 2. Cannon Air Force Base New Mexico is seeking information on interested parties that could provide the software necessary to track and manage Logistics from the cradle to the grave for all Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS), Government Off the Shelf (GOTS), and AFSOC specialty designed items. �The software will be required to be capable of: Being Hosted on a FEDRAMP approved website or approved to be hosted within AFNET. Available for use 24/7/365. Database that can handle the below listed items in the requirements list. Tracking database changes, additions, deletions, and item storage location. Physical inventory of all items annually. Maintain a supply and inventory management system to track government furnished property and contractor-acquired equipment and supplies, to include the following: COTS GOTS Storage Material Handling Shelf Life Management Bench-Stock Time Compliant Task Order (TCTO) Kits Material Spares Property Control Plan�(PCP)�Required Items: Nomenclature Part Number National Stock Number Serial Number Unit of issue Quantity Unit Price Stock Level Property Location Equipment Category Date of Last Inventory Asset Disposal Date Shelf Life Code Date Property Assigned to Inventory List Classified as Consumable Classified as Equipment Classified as Test, Measurement, and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) Requirements Definition Documentation (RDD)/Baseline Description Document (BDD) and Contract Documented Requirements: Software Tracking License Tracking Warranty Tracking Parts Tracking Cradle to Grave Configuration Management of part and equipment installed Track Parts and Equipment Through Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Track locations both in Supply and integrated into a system Track Parts Shipped to Other Locations 3. In order to make a determination for a small business set-aside, two or more qualified and capable small businesses must submit responses that demonstrate their qualifications.� Responses must demonstrate the company�s ability to perform in accordance with the Limitations on Subcontracting clause (FAR 52.219-14).� SUBMISSION DETAILS: Responses should include: Business name and address; Name of company representative and their business title; Type of Small Business; CAGE Code; Your contract vehicles that would be available to the Government for the procurement of the product and/or service, to include General Service Administration (GSA): Federal Supply Schedules (FSS) (including applicable SIN(s)), or any other Government Agency contract vehicle.� (This information is for market research only and does not preclude your company from responding to this notice.)
