- AMENDMENT 01 (Issued: 1 August 2021) The purpose of this Amendment 01 is to add the designation of ""OPTION"" to Optional CLINs 1001 through 2004 on the SF1449.� This designation was missing in the original solictation document. The due date for quotes is not extended as a result of Amendment 01. ----- Regional Contracting Office Wiesbaden (RCOW) is soliciting quotes for a hybrid firm fixed price (FFP) and time and materials (T&M) contract for Maintenance and Repair (M&R) of Elevators at U.S. Army Garrison (USAG) Wiesbaden, Germany. The anticipated performance period is one (1) 12-month base period with two (2) 12-month option periods. The anticipated contract will be a non-personal services contract for the conduct of preventative and on-call/emergency maintenance, TUEV inspections, and TUEV training at USAG Wiesbaden.� The preventative maintenance, TUEV inspections, and TUEV training will be Firm Fixed Price, and the On-Call/Emergency maintenance will be Time and Materials.
