Description

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Maritime Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard intends to negotiate a firm fixed price contract for 65 FT and 125 FT cable assemblies. The NAICS Code is 335931, Current Wiring Device Manufacturing, with a business size standard of 500. The Product Service Code (PSC) is 6145, Wire and Cable, Electrical. This procurement will be solicited on an unrestricted basis and procured in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Subpart 13.5 - Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items procedures. Requested FOB point is Destination. Delivery location: Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard, Pearl Harbor, HI 96860-5033.� The solicitation number is SPMYM4-21-Q-0108 and will be posted via beta.SAM.gov on or around 3 August 2021. Offers/Responses will be due prior to the closing date and time specified in Block 8 (Offer Due Date/Local Time) on Page 1 of Standard Form 1449 (Solicitation for Commercial Items). All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars. FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY, a preliminary list of the cable assemblies is outlined below. Please keep in mind that this preliminary list provides a general description of the items and quantities that may be required. This preliminary list does not define the final requirement. The final requirement will be identified in the formal solicitation. This requirement is being solicited on an unrestricted basis in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). TPC Wire & Cable Corp.
