- THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INTEREST ONLY.� NO AWARD WILL BE GENERATED FROM THIS NOTICE. The United States General Services Administration (GSA), Public Building Service (PBS), Northwest/Arctic Region (Region 10), is seeking information from contractors interested in submitting a proposal�for the subject planned procurement.� Work includes the purchase and installation of new furniture, as well as the move and/or disposal of existing furniture and equipment.� See the attached SOW for additional detail.� All work is to take place in the Henry M. Jackson Federal Building located at 915 2nd Ave. Seattle, WA 98174. Interested contractors are expected to execute the entire SOW, no separate contract will be issued for move, installation, or other ancillary services related to this project.�� The magnitude of this project is estimated to be between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00 The GSA/Region 10 PBS Project Team anticipates solicitation of the subject project in late August 2021, with potential award in late October 2021.� These are estimated dates and does not commit the Government to solicit or award in this timeframe.�� The following information is requested in your response: 1. Cover Sheet and Letter of Interest: Must include firm name, address, phone number, and DUNS, as well as the name and email address of a POC for this notice.� Indicate whether your firm would submit a proposal in response to a solicitation for this project, if issued.� This response is limited to one (1) page. 2. Description of your firm's recent experience as a prime contractor with up to three (3) projects that are similar in scope and complexity of this project.� Include the contract number, title, awarded value, agency/client, period of performance dates, and description of the executed work and how it is related to this project.� Projects shall have an end date within the last five (5) years.� This response is limited to two (2) pages per project. 3. Description of your firm's capability and capacity to to perform this project.� Include a list of proposed key personnel, their role in this project, and related experience to complete this scope of work.� Additionally, provide and organizational chart illustrating proposed key personnel and clearly indicate if they are prime or subcontracted.� This response is limited to three (3) pages.� Interested firms shall submit the above requested information via email as a PDF not to exceed 4mb in file size.� One PDF file is preferred.� If submitting multiple PDF's, title each file with the ""Contractor Name - FTA RFI - 1 of x"".� Information beyond the limitation stated above will not be reviewed.� The email subject line shall state the ""Contractor Name - FTA RFI Response"".� All responses must be received by the indicated due date and time.� Submit responses to Keith Goodsell, Contracting Officer, and Thupten Tsering, Contract Specialist, via email at: keith.goodsell@gsa.gov thupten.tsering@gsa.gov
