Description

Notice of Intent to Sole Source������� The Fort Bliss Regional Health Contracting Office-Central intends to award a sole source contract to Sustainment Technologies, LLC. under authority 41 United States Code 1901 as implemented in Federal Acquisition Regulation 13.501(a)(1)(ii), sole source (including brand name) under the authority of the simplified procedures for certain commercial items.� Applicable NAICS code 811219, size standard is $22,000,000.� This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. No requests for capability briefings will be honored as a result of this notice and any information provided will not be used as part of any subsequent solicitation requirement. No telephonic inquires will be honored. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract for maintenance services on government owned Steris Sterilizers and washer equipment.� The Contracting Officer determined that the circumstances of the contract action deems only one source reasonable available. The Fort Bliss Regional Health Contracting Office - Central intends to make a sole source award to Sustainment Technologies, LLC, 1733 Briarcrest Suite 101, Bryan, Texas, 77802-3052.
