Description

The US Army Futures Command, Combat Capabilities Development Command � Soldier Center (CCDC-SC), Natick Contracting Division, intends to award a firm, fixed-price contract under FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), Only One Responsible Source, and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Government Requirements, to VSS Logistics LLC, for the following Just Manufacturing Company (JMC) products: 1) Part Number: Cu-JPD-14-R-2237-T Description: CuVerro Medical Device Cleaning Station Quantity: 2 Each 2) Part Number: JPD-14-R-2237-T Description: Stainless Steel Medical Device Cleaning Station Quantity: 12 Each JMC was determined to be the only responsible/viable distributor of JMC products for this procurement.� Market Research has shown that VSS Logistics LLC is the only source capable of delivering all of the above items. A firm-fixed-price contract will be issued. This is not a request for quotes. No solicitation package is available. Any responses to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer.
