Description

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Callyo 2009 Corp, 200 2nd Avenue S. #143, St. Petersburg, FL 33701, for the acquisition of Callyo System License. In accordance with FAR 5.207(c) (16) (ii), vendors that feel they can meet the Government's requirements detailed above may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency.� The Government anticipates the award of a firm-fixed price purchase order.� A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.�The acquisition will be conducted through the FAR Part 13 ""Simplified Acquisition Procedures."" �A redacted version of the approved Limited Sources Documentation is attached to this notice. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 334220 Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communications Equipment Manufacturing.� The business size standard is 1250 employees.� This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation.� A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available.� Closing date for submitting a capability statement is August 5th, 2021 at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time.� All submissions should be submitted electronically to robert.j.radke@usdoj.gov.
