One building Can you provide a list of the Building Numbers included in the SOW? Main Hospital - VAMC/Bldg 1 109 Bee St., Charleston, SC 29401 How many floors are there for each building? The main hospital VAMC/Bldg #1 has five floors and a crawl space. What is the square footage for each building? 513,255 sf Do Homogeneous Areas that are not positive for Asbestos need to be photographed and included in the Final Report? Yes, included but only need positive photos on the drawings of page it is taken with corresponding sample #, negatives can be elsewhere in report with sample #. Are photographs required for each sample or just each Homogeneous Area? Each sample Where are per sample costs to be entered on the Price/Cost Schedule response?
