- The Orlando VA Healthcare System (OVAHCS) has a requirement to repair and inspect sixty (60) Fire/Smoke Dampers at various facilities throughout central Florida. The contractor shall provide labor, materials, management & incidentals necessary to repair, install or replace Fire/Smoke Dampers in accordance with the last Damper inspection results. All work will be performed at 13800 Veterans Way, Orlando FL 32827, 5201 Raymond Street, Orlando, FL 32803, 2500 Lakemont Ave, Orlando, FL 32803, 2900 Veterans Way, Viera, FL 32940.
