Description: This requirement is to Furnish all of the Washington Aqueduct�s Aluminum Sulfate (Alum) and Polyaluminum Chloride (PACL) in accordance with these specifications. Alum is used at Washington Aqueduct�s Dalecarlia water treatment plant (WTP). Alum shall conform to the requirements of ANSI/AWWA Standard B403, latest revision, for Alum, except as modified or supplemented herein, and shall be certified to meet NSF/ANSI Standard 60.
