- This combined synopsis solicitation. The purpose of this combined synopsis solicitation is to solicit and negotiate an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Firm Fixed Price Contract for the purpose of Branding or External Markings (Patches).� See attached 15A00021R00000099 Branding or External Markings (Patches) Attachment A Specifications Attachment B Pricing Sheet The Government intends to set aside this procurement and compete the requirement as a Small Business set-aside.� The duration of the effort is anticipated to consist of a base year and two (2) one year option periods. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 315990 � �Apparel Accessories and Other Apparel Manufacturing� with a size standard in accordance with https://www.sba.gov/document/support--table-size-standards. Contractors must be properly registered in the Government System for Award Management at https://beta.sam.gov/.� A determination by the Government to compete the proposed acquisition is based on market research.
