- The Government is seeking information from vendors for Market Research purposes to support a follow-on contract for OVERHEAD PRODUCTION SUPPORT (OPS). *** This is not a Solicitation/Request for Proposal (RFP); therefore, no proposals or bids will be accepted at this time.� This Request for Information (RFI) is for market research purposes only. *** BACKGROUND The United States Air Force (AF), Ogden Air Logistics Complex (OO-ALC) is seeking sources to provide overhead type activities to the Ogden Air Logistics Complex (OO-ALC) at Hill Air Force Base (AFB), UT; Maintenance Groups, 309 Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Group (AMARG) at Davis Monthan Air Force Base (AFB), AZ; and other Geographically Separated Units (GSUs). �This will be the third contract iteration for the Overhead and Production Support services requirements.� The contractor shall supply labor in support of business and production operations to include: planning, scheduling, production support technicians, production material technicians, records management technicians, analysts, and other similar functions at Hill AFB, UT; Davis Monthan AFB, AZ;, and other GSUs supported by Hill AFB .� See attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) and OPS Skill Categories.� The current contract is a multiple award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. SCOPE The purpose of this contract is to provide business/management and production operations and overhead activities to Ogden Air Logistics Complex (OO-ALC) Maintenance Groups, 309 Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Group (AMARG), Davis Monthan Air Force Base (AFB), AZ, and Geographically Separated Units (GSUs). The contractor shall supply skilled labor in support of business/management and production operations for depot maintenance to include: planners, schedulers, production support technicians, production material technicians, analysts and other similar functions, as outlined in the basic Performance Work Statement (PWS) and associated task orders (TO). This requirement will not include personal services or inherently governmental functions. The objectives and requirements identified within the PWS are described in general terms. Each TO will specifically address applicable TO requirements, scheduling, TO options, and performance criteria. The contractor shall comply with this and the TO PWS in its entirety. � Updates to the PWS may be posted throughout the response period as we receive questions and feedback.
