- Bidwell Mountain/Mosquito Valley Juniper Reduction A site visit will be held on Wednesday August 11, 2021 at 8:00 am. See page 3 of the PWS for details. The due date for any questions regarding this RFQ is Friday August 13, 2021 at 4:00 pm. The due date for quotes is Friday August 20, 2021 at 4:00 pm. Email both questions and quotes to the Contract Specialist Laura StJohn at lstjohn@blm.gov. Questions will not be accepted by telephone. Include RFQ number 140L1221Q0039 in any correspondence. Offerors MUST have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) as of the closing date and time of the solicitation. Include your DUNS number with your quote so that the Government is able to verify your SAM registration.
